Overall quite good.
New, clean hotel. Great coffee and bagels. Very friendly staff.
Location a bit out of the way. Room has no plants or wall hangings, a bit too utilitarian.

Wonderful
The location was fantastic as my daughter and family are living /working temporarily in Tokyo. The Mustard was less than 5 minutes walk away! Just perfect- and Shimo Kitizawa is such a lovely area for shopping and cafes. The only real criticism was that the rooms needed a lick of white paint as there were quite a lot of marks in both rooms we stayed in. Also a brightly painted piece of modern artwork would be a great contrast on the white walls...Perhaps painted by the members of staff? The thoughtful details , like recharging points and turntable with vinyl to borrow at the hotel were lovely touches. Staff were very friendly too.

Good
The location was amazing. Kurage bar and the coffee shop also great. The staff were nice too.
Rooms were extremely small and lacking in charm and natural day light. It wouldn't take much to put a bit more effort into the interior of the room. But the location is the best thing about this hotel.
